If your Nuti-Budi nutcracker ever fails to operate as intended, or if there is evidence of failure due to workmanship or materials, please notify us at the address shown below. At our discretion we will either replace the unit or replace the damaged items.

Please contact us first by mail for instructions. Please include your name, phone number, and address, along with details regarding the problem. We will get back to you with instructions as to whether or not we need you to return the entire unit. We may elect to simply send you the repair parts, if applicable, thus saving you shipping costs.
